Weekly Photo Challenge: Fleeting Butterfy

Recently, I had some wondrous encounters with Swallowtail butterflies. I was cavorting around with MM at one of my favorite places, The Grotto…a botanical garden near my house. It was a glorious Sunday in late Spring. The weather was perfect; sunny and warm with a slight breeze. Near the Peace Garden I spied one butterfly after another fluttering about in the midafternoon sun. One hovered and fluttered over me and in that fleeting moment I was able to capture this beautiful butterfly in action…
