W I N T E R S K Y

There is a certain quality to the sky at this time of year that no other season holds; it is as if the sky has been painted with soft delicate pastels that swirl and combine to create an exquisiteness that never fails to inspire me.

I walk alone under the bare trees that stand in sharp contrast to the delicate Wintersky that shines with a unusual optimistic glow.  The air is crisp and cold but full of a lively energy the denotes the festivity of the upcoming holidays.

I daydream of shortbread cookies, candy canes and a big frothy mug full of yummy Chai Latte….I feel warm all over just thinking about it….ahhh LIFE IS GOOD!

  23. Beautiful shots of sky, Nancy. My dad always called that color of sky “sky bluepink” and your photos made me smile remembering that. BTW, I had my very first chocolate chai today, and oh my, I can wholeheartedly recommend it. Perfect for a rainy winter’s day.
